By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product, which we will accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM are absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by emailing you or else by calling you. You can Order Products in the following ways:

When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above ("Order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email should there be any problems. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and a credit or debit card (currently VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Switch/Solo). We aim to debit money from your account within one working day after receiving your Order.
If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.
All Order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the Order differs.
Trade
By offering a trade discounted service, CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM ltd will aim to offer these goods for delivery at the soonest of opportunities by providing the ‘buyer’ with an expected delivery date. At times unforeseeable incidents result in a delay in delivery, should this be the case, Hair Extensions Now ltd will not be solely responsible for this. Once a Trade order has been pledged, a binding contractual agreement between the two parties has taken place. Trade orders are tailor made at our overseas wareouse from production so cannot be cancelled, stopped or re-routed to a different address. Refunds confirm the price of the Products purchased. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email.
CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Price
The price for each Product is shown on CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM
We always try to make sure that the prices on CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

Prices are quoted on CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM in UK pound sterling - outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pound sterling and CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
Payment
You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card or debit card.
If your delivery address is outside the UK and you Order online you must pay by credit card. Credit Card
Orders may be processed online, or by telephone, using are strictly not available on Trade orders placed by email, phone or via the Internet. The contractual agreement with a Trade order means that the 'buyer' shall have full responsibility to accept the stock upon delivery and payment is required up front before a Trade order is processed. The buyer shall be notified of a tracking number for their goods sent from our overseas warehouse. Ultimate Hair Extensions ltd has the right to cancel any Trade order at any time. Hair Extensions Now ltd shall at no time be liable for any loss of business or mitigating circumstances due to the delay in a delivery or cancellation of your order. It is the Trade ‘buyer’s sole responsibility if they choose to sell items they do not have at hand.
CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you by telephone once your Products are in customs to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM are not responsible for them.
CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM aims to deliver Products to destinations in the UK with either a Next Day Delivery or 1-3 day delivery (Royal Mail permitting) in most circumstances however this will be fulfilled· Orders are despatched either by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery or Recorded Delivery (1st Class) or by 24 Hour Courier. Our couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products between these hours.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. We cannot be held liable for items that do not arrive in the estimated time frame; this should be taken up with Royal Mail. All orders once departing from our warehouse are then held responsible by the courier, Royal Mail.
Please Order from CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as CLIPINHAIREXTENSIONS.MOONFRUIT.COM cannot be responsible for this.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERIES:Before placing your order, please note:If you place your order before 3.00pm on Monday to Thursday it will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Next Working Day Delivery service to arrive the following day between 8am-3pm. Royal Mail cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8am-3pm window.If you place your order after 3.00pm on Monday to Thursday it will be dispatched the next day by Royal Mail Next Working Day to arrive the following day between 8am-3pm. If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please contact Customer Care. You may track your order. If you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will leave a card informing you where and when to collect the item. They may also choose to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a 'safe place' (out of sight and protected from the elements). They will then leave a card through your door informing you of this. Returns
If you are not completley satisfied with your purchase, you can make a refund request located in the 'contact us' section of our site. Returns sent back to us before requests are made will not be refunded.
All returns must be in accordance with our terms & conditions:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the returned item is your responsibilty until it reaches us, we therfore advise you send all returned items by a signed/tracked courier service that will insure your goods to their value and can provide you with tracking solutions should any problem arise. We are not liable for items that do not arrive with us or are deemed lost by your courier and no refunds will be given on items that do not arrive back with us. Should a problem arise with your sent item and you have used a signed/tracked courier service, they will be able to help locate the item.
We will issue a full product refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different length / colour if preferred. Please note: This does not apply to items that have been opened and in any way tried on or used in accordance with UK Hygiene legislation. In accordance with UK Hygiene Legislation and our Terms & Conditions, the return of hair products is not accepted should the item show evidence of being opened or in any way tried on, used or worn. Upon quality inspection, should an item be returned to us in any of these stated conditions, an online credit will be issued to your account for you to use, not a refund. The returned product must be un-opened and in the same condition as when you received it. All packaging and labels must be in tact and in no way cut or damaged. All returns must comply with these guidelines and will undergo a quality inspection upon their return
If you require a different product (rather than a different length or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
14 Invalidity
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.
15 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, England and Wales and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, .
